The Colour Carnival is a large-scale Holi festival celebration taking place in Goa, combining live music performances, colour play, and festival experiences in an open-ground setting. The event is organised and curated by Sound Waves Goa and is designed to bring together music, culture, and celebration during the Holi season. The festival will be held on 4th March 2026 at Mapusa Ground, opposite Bodgeshwar Temple, Goa, starting from 10:00 AM onwards. The venue is centrally located in North Goa and is easily accessible from Mapusa, Porvorim, Panjim, and surrounding areas. The event lineup features live performances by well-known artists, including Marathi rapper Sambata and techno artist Kratex, along with multiple DJs from Goa playing commercial, Bollywood, hip-hop, and electronic music throughout the day. The festival focuses on a fusion of regional and contemporary music styles, making it suitable for a wide audience. The Colour Carnival includes the use of organic colours for colour play, along with supporting festival facilities such as food stalls, a dedicated VIP zone, a photo booth area, professional security arrangements, special effects, and a high-quality D&B sound system to ensure a controlled and immersive audio experience.
